Burger King vs. McDonalds and Quick: the game. I am chief, I tested for you their burgers

3 Quick burgers, McDonald's and Burger King have at least one thing in common: the brioche. Chains must surely have a common supplier. They could take the red label flour to make their bread, but no ... That Americans love, it's something. But here you can cook differently.

The Big Mac McDonald's meat is the sole

The fries are golden brown. We feel the potato. But they have a taste of flour. It is not even fried my grandmother.

For the hamburger, bread takes a lot of space, always brioche. After ... the sauce is good, admittedly. But chefs also make sauces. They do not do all the dishes. Big Mac is recognized with these two steaks. Finally ... meat is the sole (see comment below).===>

The Giant Quick: the steak is not thicker than fried

Okay so , in fact, it is a Cheeseburger [ we did ask a Giant, we were given a cheeseburger , ed] . For fries , it is something very mealy ... Seeking the taste of potato. It's really fat , moreover, when I press the fry , it drips . One could make a facial mask .


Regarding the hamburger bread is again the brioche . I do not really understand why fast food always use this type of bread. It takes a lot of space. Fortunately also , because otherwise there would be not much to eat, steak is not thicker than fried . As for meat, it is overcooked , too (see comment below ) .

The Burger King Whopper: an effort fig leaf

Already, there is a different method for the chips. We feel the salt ... it's less hospital kitchen. They are better than others but it is still a very floury product.


Then the steak has a very specific little taste, it must be the Whopper, but it is only due to cooking. They use an oven with a flame that gives the grilled side. Nothing fancy: I have the same. There is an effort on the size of the steak, but the meat is cooked excessively. Maybe the arch-cook like that, it is a fig leaf (see comment below).

Balance races

When someone tells me McDonalds , Quick or Burger King, it's cheap , I say fine, but look what they give you ... Eating burgers quality ultimately not cost much more.

With burgers , there is the same problem with the ham and butter : some believe in ever lower costs, then it is the quality that takes a shot. Yet we know make very good ham and butter .

In my restaurant , I use artisan bread , we thought about the recipe. The farmer Cantal cheese and fries are fresh . For 10 euros, you sandwich, fries and drink away . If you want to eat your fill , it will cost you as much in fast food . If you are normally constituted , after a burger and fries fast food was still hungry (video above) .


Now all the madness burger observed in recent years may well work in our favor . The specialty restaurants have sprung up like hotcakes. Everyone wants to go, there is only hope that it encourages the public to discover something else that these fast food chains .
